Self-Support Center
Challenge:
Resideo wanted to reduce their call volume to the support call center. The current solution was a simple search that returned results that were largely irrelevant. This led to an unhelpful support section causing users to call in for basic install help.
Solution:
We set out to create walk-through content for users needing help with basic install, compatibility and troubleshooting. Within a week, I was able to concept a structured wireframe approach for installation of Resideo's most popular consumer thermostat.
