Kueh are are bite-sized snack or dessert foods originating from South East Asia, Singapore and Malaysia. It is a fairly broad term which may include items that would be called cakes, cookies, dumplings, pudding, biscuits, or pastries in English and are usually made from rice or glutinous rice. We were tasked to create and produce an original Kueh that does not pre-exist, and you will stretch the plasticity of belief, culture, tradition, and history to shape the story behind it.

After almost 200 experimentations with the different types of flour, additives, flavourings and colourings, presenting, Mei Kueh.
