HackerYou UX Research Project.
My objective was to observe a 'Big Problem'; an issue that is close to my heart, yet has no simple answer or solution. While no physical solution is provided, the exercise was intended to reinforce UX process steps, and research abilities. Since this project was completed, some specifics surrounding this problem may have changed or been updated (due to Government policies). This project directly relates to the Ontario Government, with reference to Doug Ford (recent elected Premier of Ontario).
