I recently found this model online and decided to paint her portrait. I lightly sketched out her features in pencil, then started laying down layers of white gouache for her skin all while continually adjusting the features to keep them accurate. I used ink for the jet black hair and ball point pen on the darkest parts of her features to make them more detailed.
