SCG INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

SCG International Internship Program is an annual event held by Thailand Siam Cement Corporation. Every year, 40-45 selected participants among thousands candidates from 6 ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and the Philippines are offered a one-month internship at SCG. The program aims to give participants real work experience and training opportunities at the corporation.

Each international intern is assigned a project that is directly related to the conglomerate's business at his home country. The intern presents his work to the BOD at the end of the program.

It was such a great opportunity of mine to have first hand experience on working for a global corporation, and to also explore different cultures from the ASEAN.
