The Sinking Ship: Commercial Law & Liquidation
This a part of an on going project about commercial law. Here the concept is based on an article about how liquidators of insolvent companies routinely make claimsagainst company creditors to recover unfair preferences. That is wherecreditors are paid incorrectly and unfairly by an insolvent company where otherless preferred creditors are left to sink or swim. The illustration shows thepreferred creditor in his lifeboat leaving the “S.S. Company” and her crew ofunpaid creditors behind to meet their fate.
