Arrow Key Controlled Video Concept and Design
This my concept for a more intuitive online video player. I have quartered the screen for important elements: Timeline (bottom), Sound (right), full-screen (top) and other features (left). The design prioritises arrow key controls but would also suit mouse controls in which case the controls would be activated by a roll-over.
In the controls overview video the arrow keys are highlighted in real-time and so you may need to review the video more than once to appreciate what buttons activate specific features.
