The architectural design proposal prepared it is a research center for development of technological innovations linked to high environmental quality in buildings. The objective of this project is to create a space that allows research in technologies for the development of materials and construction techniques, contributing to the building industries and to the productive sector investigating constructive models that take into consideration the environmental quality. The main tool for the design was the assesment method for environmental quality: LEED - Leadership in energy and environmental design.

The project uses efficient materials, renewable energy and technologies for efficient use of water. For that, was necessary simulations for energy use, insolation and natural ventilation using the software Autodesk project Vasari.
