اتفاقية فارما أوفرسيز وجينيسيس فارما لشراكة استراتيجية لتعزيز سوق الدواء بمصر

توقيع اتفاقية العمل على شراكة استراتيجية بين شركة فارما أوفرسيز (Pharma Overseas) - الشركة الرائدة في مجال توزيع الأدوية - وشركة جينيسيس فارما (Genesis Pharma) التابعة لمجموعة هولمد، الذراع الطبي لمجموعة هولكوم، تهدف إلى تعزيز قنوات توزيع الأدوية في مصر وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمرضى.

تتمتع فارما أوفرسيز بخدماتها المتميزة في قطاع توزيع الدواء وتوصيله للصيادلة باستخدام أحدث التقنيات، بفضل فريقها المدرب بشكل جيد وتمتلك شبكة توزيع واسعة تمتد لأكثر من 100 فرع ومستودع ومكتب بيعي في جميع أنحاء الجمهورية وتحتل مكانة رائدة في سوق توزيع الدواء المصري بحصة سوقية تقدر بنحو 27.89%.

من جانبها، تلعب جينيسيس فارما دورًا محوريًا في تسويق الدواء والأجهزة الطبية المعتمدة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.

كما تعمل الشركة على سد الفجوة التي تواجهها شركات الأدوية وشركات التكنولوجيا الطبية في هذه المنطقة التي تتميز بتعقيداتها الثقافية والتنظيمية.

من خلال هذه الشراكة، تقوم فارما أوفرسيز بتوزيع منتجات جينيسيس فارما في جميع أنحاء مصر، مما يساعد على توسيع نطاق الوصول إلى الدواء للمرضى المحتاجين.

Signing of a strategic partnership agreement between Pharma Overseas - the leading company in the field of pharmaceutical distribution - and Genesis Pharma, affiliated with the Holmed Group, the medical arm of the Holcom Group, aiming to strengthen drug distribution channels in Egypt and improve the quality of health services provided to patients.

Pharma Overseas enjoys its distinguished services in the medicine distribution and delivery sector to pharmacists using the latest technologies, thanks to its well-trained team. It has a wide distribution network extending to more than 100 branches, warehouses and sales offices throughout the Republic and occupies a leading position in the Egyptian medicine distribution market with a market share estimated at about 27.89%.

For its part, Genesis Pharma plays a pivotal role in marketing approved medicine and medical devices in the Middle East and Africa region.
The company also works to bridge the gap faced by pharmaceutical companies and medical technology companies in this region, which is characterized by its cultural and regulatory complexities.

Through this partnership, Pharma Overseas distributes Genesis Pharma products throughout Egypt, helping to expand access to medicine for patients in need.
