Residential project proposed in platinum city ludhiana . The proposal aimed at layout planning of SE facing plot for the stakeholders to showcase it to the potential buyers . The client requested for a separate entrance incase they want to rent out the first floor . So , their are 2 proposals for the same . 

Proposal 1 : 

The ground floor consists of parking , entrance foyer , open kitchen with island , open living area  , dining , puja room , powder toilet , 1 master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and toilet and a backyard .  

The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms , front and back terrace and lobby can be used as study / bar area with seating that opens in front terrace / storage cabinets .

Rooftop area is multifunctional .

Proposal 2 :

The ground floor consists of parking area , entrance foyer , kitchen , open living area  , dining , puja room , 1 day bedroom with walk in wardrobe and toilet and a backyard , separate staircase to first floor .

The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms , front and back terrace and lobby can be used as living area , store / pantry .

This proposal caters to the renting out option .
