In a golden wasteland, amidst a pile of thorns, and scattered stones in all directions, Beneath a sky devoid of clouds, carrying no rain’s embrace, near a forgotten valley where water once flowed many years ago, there stands a farmer who refuses to surrender, He still believes in the path of his ancestors, He clings stubbornly to it, an Amazigh man who tends to his plot of land, planting and caring for it diligently…
He guards it like a Scarecrow ...a Scarecrow with coordinated colors, an elegant Scarecrow, He shields himself from the scorching sun, Protecting the farm of an Amazigh farmer who masters the art of scaring and intimidating, in a race against time to deter birds that soar early in the morning, searching for grains to feed their offspring, and grains for themselves.
Perhaps this is what keeps him alive, perhaps this is what makes him feel like a noble, free human, an Amazigh human...

بخلاء ذهبي، وسط كومة من الشوك، وحجر متناثر في الأرجاء، تحت سماء تخلو من سحاب تحمل غيثا، بالقرب من واد نسي أنه واد جرت فيه المياه قبل سنين كثيرة، هناك فلاح لم يستسلم، مازال هناك من يأمن بدرب أجداده، هناك من تمسك بعناده ،فلاح أمازيغي يزرع قطعته، يزرعها ويعتني بها، يحرصها...
يحرصها حامي وهمي، حامي وهمي متناسق الألوان، حامي وهمي أنيق، حامي وهمي يحمي نفسه من أشعة الشمس الحارقة، يحمي مزرعة أمازيغي يتقن فن الترعيب والتخويف، في سباق مع الزمن لفزع عصافير تحلق في صباح باكر بحثا عن حبات زعر لأفراخها... وحبات لأخر لتقتات بها.
ربما هذا ما يبقيه حيا، ربما هذا ما يشعره أنه بأنه إنسان نبيل حر، أمازيغي...
