This series is the first round of art making that I am proud to showcase after a five year hiatus post graduation with an art degree. My art process was molded to my university’s standards, heavily emphasizing on concept and meaning. In the end, I found myself unable to create anything after graduating.  Years of hard work relearning what art meant to me and undoing the conditioning of art school, I can finally freely create.  I am excited to see where this journey takes me and hope that by sharing it, it may inspire or give hope to others who have similar feelings. 

 

 

This series is experimenting with illustration style and trying my hand in it. It has been fun and hope to expand more with time.
