IDC PENCILS (Packaging Design)

The Brief:
To create an avant-garde narrative for the packaging of a set of 10 regular pencils catered towards a niche audience.

The Idea:
Why is bad handwriting a measure of how intelligent you are? Through this series of packaging, consisting of different things people have said about bad handwriting, these pencils rebel against the idea that good handwriting is equivalent to good intellect. It's okay to have bad handwriting, it's nothing to be ashamed of, no matter what anyone has to say. Pulling the leg of popular pencil brands, this one contradicts it by stating that pencils have nothing to do with handwriting.

Thank you for viewing this project!
