Pictured is a snapshot of a Marketing Automation Multi Chanel process. The process and setup has gone through several «heads and hands» since initial conversion. Yes, it was not cleaned up regularly. If you look closely, you can see that different cooks were at work. Some have consistently developed what already exists. Others were looking for shortcuts. The bottom line is that the process is running. Not necessarily at its best. And, yes the process is conditionally expanding and sustainable. If you take a closer look, you will see potential for improvement in the step sequences. Yes, some things can be summarized logically here. However, in practice, it often makes more sense to simplify the process and make sure that a separation of adding, querying and exchanging content, as well as linking to assets, helps to quickly make adjustments and selective tests in the case of disruptions as well as extensions.
