NHS and Parliamentary Complaint Handling reports
I designed and implemented the look and feel of the PHSO Complaint Handling Reports – this consisted of two separate reports, one to cover the NHS and for the Parliamentary side.
I also designed a microsite and the user interface to accompany these reports. Both of these reports which although contain different information are of the same theme of complaint handling. The design of the report had to convey a consistent look across both publications as well as the microsite, but still had to be indentifiable as different reports.
Also, as part of the design concepts of the reports, I also devised icon graphics and infographics to support both the print and microsite aspect of the reports – the icons were relevant to the theme of report and helped identify the differences between the two.
