Making of Jirkon 4x5"

Ok, so here I collected most of the pictures from building my 4x5" large format camera. All the aluminum comes from scrap yard. Most of the parts are handmade, using just drill, saw, files and sandpaper.  Enjoy : )
So here you can see, how I made the parts - I drilled lots of holes and then file throught them.
This is the smallest part... about 3x7mm
Several attempts to make a bellows. Just from paper at this point.
First buckram test
Assembling the rear standard mechanism
Anodised springback mechanism
Anodised front and rear standard locks
Focusing rails
Anodised front standard
Complete front frame with lens
Making of my first bellows
Complete rear standard with springback
Brass focusing screw with aluminum knob
Casting of a focusing nut using the focusing screw, simple mold and epoxy resin with graphite filling.
Making of bellows V2.0 - the first one was too thick and tough
The new one vs. the old one
Finished camera with marks
At last the folding hood
This is the very first picture taken with this camera
