I was so delighted when Rachel contacted me during the summer to work on the logo redesign for the Letterkenny Riding Club. Rachel came to me with a great concept for the logo of having a horse jumping through the iconic 'Polestar Roundabout', a familiar landmark for anyone local to Letterkenny. The real challenge we faced was how to  capture this complicated structure yet keep it simple enough to be recognised and functional. The logo had to be embroidered on to club merchandise and also work across branding materials such as flyers/posters/emails and therefore required well defined spacing and a clear overall structure.

After creating a few variations and some consultations amongst the club members we came out with a clear favourite and a great result.
