Maricarmen Salsas Gourmet
Branding, illustration and label design for a small business dedicated to homemade, gourmet Mexican sauces. Made in collaboration with graphic designer and lettering artist Paulina Negrete, our branding aims to showcase the warmth and care put into the product, as well as its natural ingredients and gourmet quality.
The illustrations were drawn by hand in ink and then scanned and refined digitally,
to give them a timeless and organic feel connected to the brand's essence.
We picked warm, earthy colors that connected with the ingredients used on the different recipes in order to give each sauce a distinctive color palette. The label design was crafted to look clean and simple as a balance to the detailed illustration and hand-lettered logotype.
