AbOuT mE
My adventure with fashion started in 1993 at Turkey’s first fashion brand Vakko/Vakkorama what I call a real school for my professional career. After finishing Harran University’s Tourism Management Department in 2000, I have worked as a Concept Designer and Fashion Editor for magazines such as Hülya, Esquire, Dishy, Cosmopolitan ,Harper’s Bazaar, Divan Touch Magazine. I have also devising TV advertisements and seasonal campaigns for companies.
As the Style Advisor and Concept Designer of the Borusan Istanbul Philharmonic Orchestra, I initiated the project “Classical Music’s Rendezvous With Fashion” a first in Turkey and not realized at this scale in the world together with Borusan Culture and Art Center.
Furthermore, my artwork for the “Respect to Diversity” within the framework of Istanbul TrendShow 09 was exhibited along with other 35 artists partaking in the project. Apart from the fashion and art industry, I’m also engaged in developing projects and serving as a concept advisor for various companies.
