We don’t want Xfacta to be big, we’ve done that and we know the problems it causes clients.
We believe in relationships before process, in getting the right people onto the right job and for the right amount of time, and we bring together highly skilled talent to focus on the specialist branding needs of companies.
Our nimble and uncomplicated approach brings together the complimentary skills of, rigorous strategic analysis, brilliant creative thinking, powerful visual expression and the understanding of how to action a brand promise.
We set our own agenda, and will therefore only commit to work that we believe in. At any one time, we only have a few active projects. 
Our involvement and commitment is total in every sense. All projects are personally led by either one
of the principals.
Our team includes experts who have agreed to devote a portion their time and talent to us. We work with anthropologists, sociologists, psychologists, scenario planners, economists and futurists.
Each team is tailor made to suit a particular project – a bit like making a movie.
At any one time Xfacta only takes on a few projects so that it can devote the right amount of time, enthusiasm, creativity and energy to each.
