At a CEO-1 position at Yandex Lavka I am leading three teams of designers — UX/UI design team, branding & communication design team and the packaging/industrial design team.

Since early 2020 I helped grow Lavka from a startup with around 50 employees to a nation-wide service employing hundreds. Over these years I've been building the design department from two people to a team of 14. Manually designing most of the app interfaces at first, I've since established a structure of three autonomous teams, promoting a workspace culture of engagement and trust for my team leads. I've also been managing the design system and encouraging communication between ours and other units at Yandex — I believe inspiring others to do their best is key to a successful product.

During my time with Arzamas, I personally worked on or supervised all aspects of the project: website design, editorials, special projects, interactive media, motion design, offline events and Arzamas Radio app UX/UI.

Taking part in all major digital projects of the Agency, I mostly supervised the RIA.ru website and all related projects.
