For more than a decade, he has been living & working in the wild world of freelance under the name of DELCOdesigns. Over those years his resume boasts a diverse list of creative roles for an impressive range of companies from Levi's to Honda, the United Football League to The Doorpost Film Project. His work spans into almost every creative medium as well, from print to web, product design to mass market campaigns.

Will Hill is the vanguard of the causal creatives…an action leader totally without the ‘we’ve-always-done-it-that-way’ gene or the ‘that-is-too-big’ infection. For example, his work as Creative Director for the international film company, ‘The Doorpost Film Project’, proves that Will has the ability to not only understand his generation, but leave it changed forever. As the 2nd hire at Doorpost, Will took what was just a concept & transformed it into a thriving brand within the film world in a matter of months. He implemented & spearheaded the design & creation of a social network for filmmakers that was quickly adapted by hundreds of thousands of users, as well as establish the Doorpost brand as a major player in the film festival world. During the beginning of the project’s 2nd year, MovieMaker Magazine had already named Doorpost as one of the top 25 festivals in the world worth the entry fee.

Will Hill is a one of kind pioneer. Levi's even named a pair of jeans after him.

Currently, he is the Executive Director for the Got Your Back Movement, a non-profit organization based out of Nashville, TN. Got Your Back's focus is two fold; 1) they provide school uniforms to children in need around the world (2) within every community they're in they hire & train local tailors to produce every school uniform they give away. Got Your Back is not only empowering children to see their dreams realized through education but they are also igniting jobs, infusing courage and empowering innovation through sewing within the local marketplace. As one of the founders, Will's role with GYB has been focused on both vision & execution.

Will is extremely entrepreneurial & is constantly involved in new start-up ventures. He enjoys listening to & writing music, reading anything he can get his hands on, & tweeting on twitter. He also seriously believes that the island from LOST is a real place that he will go one day.
