Your work is insane!! Im completely blown away.
If you don't mind me asking a few questions....I love film and animation etc - I am a art director/ creative director of a small design studio - so please bare with me!
1. How did you get into doing this?? I mean - is it just like years of experience that has gotten you to this level?
2. Do you have a big team you work with? How many people does it take to pull off one of these mega feature films?
3. If I wanted to get into this field - and maybe get a small team together - how do I go about it? Just look for the most talented people I can find?
