Began my career as an art enthusiast, some many passions are of films, photography and graphic design. Trained as an art director in the beginning of my career in DENTSU Malaysia, and excelled in the field as an accomplished art director. My advertising endeavors reaped praises from multinational clients, as well as won numerous awards such as Kancil Awards, Cyberjaya TV Awards, Adoi Adrenaline Award, Nokia 1st Shot AVMAKER and ADWAVE Award.
After I stint in the advertising field, I ventured beyond advertising and involved myself into TV Commercial productions as an assistant film director, in PRS and B&W Production. During this period of time, I collaborated with many experienced commercial production figures and hence, honed my skill in film and TV production.
Soon, after that, I began my newfound passion in music video. As a music video director, I immersed into the Chinese entertainment industry, and have worked with acclaimed international music producers to create music video to help boost the popularity of many up and coming music talents.
Besides music videos, I involve myself into film direction; where I helmed many corporate video shoots, as well as promotion videos for FMCG industry.
While as a film director, I also ventured into creative consultancy and photography. I art-directed and photographed album covers; also conducted creative strategy solutions for local Chinese newspaper- Red Tomato Newspaper.
Currently busy strategizing marketing ideas and creatively blending it with the magic of film/TV and commercial art, I am deemed to create many more mesmerizing and potent communication projects for a diverse field of clients.
