Owner and Creative Director at [ 2 one 5 ] Creative, a boutique agency that bridges brands with consumers through creative solutions that connect across all media. Nikolas started [ 2 one 5 ] Creative in 2001 after years as a professional snowboarder led to three knee surgeries. This newfound outlet for his creativity led to the agency's first client, Richard Nicholas Hair Studio, who have remained on retainer for over ten years. His action sports background, which also includes surfing and skateboarding, brought Burton Snowboards to the [ 2 one 5 ] Creative client roster in 2005, marking the agency's first international client. In creating desire for their products through a global campaign and product graphics, [ 2 one 5 ] Creative helped the global snowboard giant see an increase in sales reaching over 50%. In 2007, Nikolas launched a massive undertaking in releasing the first full cut and sew line bearing the [ 2 one 5 ] name after years producing t-shirts. In that same year, [ 2 one 5 ] Creative landed Flat Fitty, an international headwear manufacturer. [ 2 one 5 ] Creative dreamed up ideas that saw a significant increase in market share for the brand. In 2011, Nikolas's love of watches and editorial design came together as he was appointed Creative Director of iW Magazine, with the [ 2 one 5 ] Creative team handling cover-to-cover design of the publication. Now, in 2012, Nikolas and [ 2 one 5 ] Creative see the vision of branding changing to meet the digital world as evidenced by the agency's content creation for Govberg Jewelers, North Broad Living, Bon Hiver Snowboards, and a number of other clients.

Developed and concepted a pocket-sized, free, grassroots publication, Living Proof Magazine, dedicated to art, culture, and inspiration. The magazine serves to define the visual landscape of the artistic world, and has featured Ron English, Phil Frost, Martha Cooper, Kevin Lyons, Ryan McGinness, Todd James, Stash, House Industries, and many other prominent figures that make-up the creative force that drives so many. Strategized a grassroot distribution plan where the magazine can be found for free at boutiques and art galleries such as Supreme, Reed Space, Subliminal Projects, Opening Ceremony, OHWOW, and other top-tier locations. Launched the Artist Alliance initiative as a means to bring together artists and goods to produce limited-edition "creative products" ranging from skate decks to headwear and t-shirts.
