durex campaign

DUREX: Since the dawn of advertising, clever creatives have been using sex to sell anything from car tyres to deluxe lawn mowers. This print series takes a little shot at all those cheesy advertisements that have ever used a good looking girl in lingerie to sell anything other than lingerie.

the armchair theatre

The Independent Armchair Theatre is Cape Town's oldest and most respected live music venue. A monthly gig guide is their primary form of communicating that month's happenings to the hoardes of punks, goths, skaters, indie kids, emo kids and fashionistas that frequent the venue. I decided the gig guide needed a fun and interactive makeover, and designed some posters to be wheatpasted around the walls of the city. They subtly remind the target market of the ever-lasting presence of The Armchair Theatre.
