This was my first foreign nature trip once i had switched to digital photography and whereas previously i'd photomontaged prints now i put together sequences digitally, here to show the beauty of the folding wings of this diving Booby. This image won me First Prize in the 2007 Innovations in Science and Technology, Action category. Two giclée prints are still available from a signed limited edition of 25 prints at £105 to include P+P.

This Whooper Swan flew into this wetland area after sunset as the light was failing. i used a tripod mounted 800mm lens and panned this bird as it flew past. Both the background and the wings are blurred with the slow exposure, yet the head is perfectly sharp. Printed as a Giclee Limited Edition (25) Print at £65 inc P+P.

The sun was getting low as i saw this Curlew take off ahead of me; this was a series of grab shots taken out of a car window. Printed as a Giclee Limited Edition (25) Print at £65 inc P+P.

i waited patiently whilst this Buzzard sat on the treetop, hoping that it would take off soon, but also hoping that i wouldn't miss that moment. Fortunately i managed to capture that moment. Taken in Amazonian Ecuador this is an image of parrots 'feeding' at a parrot 'lick'. It is a mix of fast and slow shutter speed  images to recreate the the flurry of activity as these birds come and go. A3 Limited Edition (20) Kodak Endura prints available at £105 inc P+P.

These two bears were fighting over a dead elk carcasse. This slow shutter speed image was taken close to the Russian border in Finland very late in the evening.
