Tom has more than twenty years experience as an illustrator.
He started out by painting finely detailed artworks in gouache, acrylics and inks.
Taken on by Tom Stimpson at Aircraft studios in London, he became expert at using the airbrush.
He now hand draws his work on a Mac using Photoshop.
He has worked for major ad agencies and design groups, creating work for such clients as Unilever, The Goodwood Estate, Renault, Honda, Imperial Tobacco, Shell, London Underground, Tesco, Goodyear, Cadbury, Barclays Bank, EWS, Lyons Tetley, British Airways and Bank of Scotland to name but a few.
Some of the publishers he has produced work for are Harper Collins, Little,Brown, Puffin, Hamish Hamilton, Viking, Kingfisher, Mitchell Beazley, Oxford University Press, Scholastic, Reader’s Digest, Little Brown and Parragon.
Partworks worked on include Horrible Science, Scooby-Doo, Morse, Bugz,
