Global Design Manager
Collaborated with design leadership to fully realize the vision, quality, and consistency of the verbal tone and visual design language for established Global Skin Care brands in the Johnson and Johnson portfolio.
Key projects include:
Lubriderm Rethink
Led the creation of a new brand identity that extended to all consumer touch points with a primary focus on packaging and retail experience for US , Canada, and LATAM markets.
Sundown Redesign
Despite being synonymous with suncare in Brazil-- nearly 50% share of the market. Sundown was starting to see market share slip to brands that were perceived as more modern-- positioning themselves to reflect the changing views of skincare and the sun.
Led the creation of an new brand identity and package design (graphics and structure). Participated in ethnographic research and worked closely with the regional and local teams to develop culturally appropriate design solutions.

Led a design team that worked closely with regional partners to extend a new brand identity and package design to India and Asian markets.
