As a product designer at within the online banking journey at RBC, I am the designated designer in a team that includes a product owner, business analyst, content writer and developers who develop features and create digital experiences for financial services with a focus on accessibility and interaction. My responsibilities include mapping and optimizing interactions and developing the visual design using wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Designs are built using an existing pattern library and design system and occasionally developing new components to meet user needs.

• Creating prototypes, assisting researchers with interviewing and note taking during user tests
• Helping to define the design process and developing a workflow both using and creating components within an existing design system

As a UX UI designer, I worked with strategists and developers to create web sites and digital experiences that focus on accessibility and user experience. I was responsible for visual design from creating mood boards and branding materials to designing wireframes, mockups, and style guides for both internal and client projects. I have also designed dashboard interfaces for our custom client-facing CMS and components that would be used in client facing projects. While at the Foundry by Monster I was able to work with wonderful clients such as IKEA, and Helen of Troy on their employer brand site.

As artistic director of web projects, I worked with a team of designers and developers to develop web and app interfaces and create digital experiences that followed best practices, were user-friendly and engaging visually. I worked with the UX designer to develop workflows to facilitate the design process and continuously improve our user experience practices and define the user experience for client projects. I was responsible for the visual design from creating mood boards and branding materials to designing wire-frames, mock-ups, and style guides for internal and client projects. I also designed pitch decks and mock ups that helped garner projects with foundations and Ivy league universities.

I worked on the creativity team at Astral OOH with a bunch of really great people. We created a lot of mock ups proposing ideas to clients and agencies to show them all the amazing things they can do in our media spaces.

Gentle Bull Design is my own company, I do web design, print design, photography and branding. I like to work with people who are doing something that they are passionate about and are trying to make the world (or at least their world) a better place.
