What Ross Martin, Senior Vice President, MTV Production & Development, says about using Behance to find talent:
“We just found the designer we were dreaming of, and he was right there on Behance, of course. He’s here now, and we are never letting him go. Pretty much everybody knows, when you can’t mess around and you need killer talent immediately, there’s just no platform like Behance.”

"Now I'm CBS Interactive's UI/UX Designer."
A story from Greg Dubois, a Graphic Designer in Florida.
Uploading an app design to my Behance page turned out to be a game changer. I published the netTALK app in August, and the emails started flooding in. This led to CBS Interactive getting in contact with me and hiring me as UI/UX Designer. I’ve been on Behance for a little over 3 years and it has been a continual source of inspiration and a great way to get to know & stay in contact with designers all over the world. I don’t think I would have ever gotten the exposure I’ve received these past few years without my Behance profile and ProSite website, www.marvelgd.com.

“I still remember when I learned about Behance in 2008. I recall that I instantly thought that it was an amazing learning tool where you could share and connect with people.
I also noticed that by putting my works there, I could get a huge exposure and consequently get clients. That was all I needed to make me decide on leaving my former work, at one of the biggest branding consultancies in Brazil, in order to start my own design studio.
Right after quitting, I spent some time just working on redoing my whole portfolio in a consistent and self explanatory way and thanks to that effort, I got featured at Behance many times. The exposure gave clients from everywhere and after a year and a half, I am running my own business and I got invited to work as a senior graphic designer at Google. How awesome is that?
I have no words to express my gratitude to Behance. It’s not enough just being a good professional if you don’t have the right tools to connect with people and promote your work. Thanks for the whole Behance team by having this brilliant idea and for the hard work on keeping the platform always in a constant evolution.”
