In high school I spent every possible moment in the art room. Painting, drawing... whatever I could get my hands on.
This continued in college, where I spent five oil paint and charcoal stained years.
A print making class changed my focus and direction. I was quickly introduced to Photoshop--and I've never been the same since.
The remaining year at college became focused on finding ways to incorporate those earlier skills with digital elements (be it design, illustration, etc.) and this led to a BFA in Multimedia Design.
After college, and some knee skinned years, I have a web design company that is growing slowly but surely. I continually seek to balance the artistic and the needs of my clients in the ever changing Internet landscape.
