Work Experience

MJV Technology & Innovation

Designer

As a designer at MJV, I make the most of the company’s interdisciplinary and innovative environment, moving through several areas, which is a great opportunity for me to learn and grow every day. I have worked with the innovation team facilitating Design Thinking workshops, conveying the methodology and experience to large companies in the Brazilian and European industries, such as L’OREAL and Ipiranga.

Another highlight during my time at MJV has been to act as a UX designer in creating the Groundbreaker, an application that boosts the open innovation process using gamification to manage, prioritize and develop ideas. I was also responsible for adapting the company's institutional website to a responsive layout for mobile devices.

In addition to this, I also work with the Inbound Marketing team to develop digital materials such as infographics, guides, Toolkits and whitepapers, with content related to the activity areas of the company aimed at attracting potential new leads.

In the Inbound Marketing area, I have also designed products such as the DT In Company, a platform of courses focused on executive education in the design thinking area, offered by MJV itself.
