ART OF HORROR

The Art of Horror

"Halloween Castle Frankenstein" is a Horror-Live-Event in Germany (yes, Mary Shelly's Novel was named after this site!).
30 000 people try to survive on a real dark castle.
We are supporting this festival since 10 years, creating concepts, visuals and developed mechanisms to more effectively scare the living hell out of the visitors.

Passenger

These are the concept arts for TV Science Fiction Series.
The paintings, in the first place, reflect the atmosphere, light moods and intensitiy of destruction.
We used cobwebs to represent men forsaken places.
Like patchworks cables and wires now encompass desolated cities.

The Story:
It was on a sunny morning that the energy grid in Berlin collapsed. The trigger that has caused this chaos remained unknown. A few hours later Munich and Frankfurt become powerless as well. Within just a few hours the largest cities become isolated from the outside world.
After series of cataclyzmic storms, the rural residental areas are cut off and the United Nations declare Germany as a forbidden area.
