Marc has worked in a variety of markets including consumer goods, B2B, not-for-profit, finance and technology. As a veteran Creative Director, he has worked on brands such as 3M, Anaren, Blizzard Entertainment, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Dummies Brand, EMS Technologies, Food Bank of Central New York, Ingersoll Rand, Saab-Sensis, The Salvation Army, Welch Allyn and Würth and many others.

VPA classes are modeled on professional practice. Students explore the creative process, conceptual theory and design history, organizing and managing complex design projects. Classes also will integrate concepts from advertising, marketing, communications, and business. Students create a portfolio based on their own interests, such as corporate branding programs, publication design, exhibition design, web and interactive, packaging, and traditional and alternative communication design. BFA graduates of VPA work as designers and creatives at the leading firms in the country.
