About me

Stefano Merlo was born in 1985 in Valdobbiadene (Treviso), Italy.
In 2008, he graduated in Design at the Free University of Bozen (Italy), attending the Erasmus exchange project at the Design Academy Eindhoven, The Netherlands, during 2006.
After attending the IM Master course at the Design Academy Eindhoven, directed by Droog design's co-founder Gijs Bakker, he is actually working as freelancer and as teaching assistant at the Free University of Bozen.

Stefano Merlo has been awarded with international design prizes and honourable mention, and its works are published in many international magazines and design books. His passion for design is at 360° degree, ranging between product and graphic design, but also web, interaction, print, and anything else to experiment with.
