Stefano Merlo was born in 1985 in Valdobbiadene (Treviso, Italy).
In 2008, he graduated in Design at the Free University of Bozen (IT), attending an Erasmus exchange at the Design Academy Eindhoven (NL) and then furthering his education by attending the IM Master program at the Design Academy Eindhoven.
After various experiences first in the graphic design field and then as Teaching assistant at the Faculty of Design at the Free University of Bozen, he is actually working as product and communication designer.
His works have been shown in many international exhibitions, such as "YDMI for Europe" at Abitare il Tempo, "D3 Design talents" at IMM Cologne, "Tabula Rara" at Spazio Rossana Orlandi, "Gwangju Design Biennale" and “The Design and the Nature” commissioned by L'Uomo Vogue and Yamamay at Galleria Cardi in Milan.
Stefano Merlo has been awarded with international design prizes and honorable mention, and his works are published in many international design magazines and books. Read Less
