I am a Graduate student at the Polytechnic Institute of NYU studying Integrated Digital Media, and have previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media from Juniata College. I have taken several courses involving print media and computer art, as well as basic IT and photography courses. I am well-versed in several important design software packages, such as Adobe Design Suites, Windows Movie Maker, Microsoft Office, iMovie, GiMP, and many others. I even helped design the logo for the 75th Anniversary Gala at Marylawn of The Oranges Academy in South Orange, New Jersey, and have served as the Marketing and Communications Intern at the Juniata College Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. I am more of a visual thinker, which is why I have been studying and practicing visual and performing arts for years.
In addition, I have a good deal of technological knowledge as well. Technology is an important part of my chosen field of study, and I have been working with it for several years. For two years I worked with the Board of Education on Edison, New Jersey transporting machines throughout the district, installing said machines, and setting up OS, hardware, and software. I even have experience in project management. In 2009, I helped develop the current Microsoft Sharepoint web hosting system used by Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania.
I am an eager and loyal individual. I am more than willing to lend a hand to my friends, superiors, and fellow workers. To me, life is a learning experience, and each day is another opportunity to learn about the world around me. I am a fast learner, and can adapt quickly to new technologies and techniques. Read Less
