SkinnyD is better known as James Bratten, an illustrative designer living and working in Columbia, MO. James has been in the freelance game since 2006, having begun when he was enrolled in the graphic design BFA program at Southeast Missouri State University. While at SEMO he discovered his love of print design and, specifically, poster design. After carving out a niche in the local music community for event flyer design, James received an ADDY in the area of poster design for a class project entitled "Lollapolooza."
After college James spent some time in Chicago honing his freelance skills and learning the finer points of web design. Having successfully completed an internship at RPM Visual Media in Chicago, he returned to his home of Columbia, MO, to get married and pursue his work. Read Less
