My name is Shivani, I was born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal my nationality is Portuguese but my culture is Hindu.

I am Passionate about design and illustrations and I am always searching for new ways to innovate and create creative designs.´
I love listening to music especially when I need Inspiration to start working on any new project. I love to look at any design work and artist from any era or time. Anything that may transmit something to me could be inspirational.

An aspect that I like about design is that we can be creative and unique, an option to be different and represent ourselves. I love graphic design. My passion for the same keeps me motivated all the time to draw and work. It’s like another form of freedom! It’s empowering, deceiving, and captivating amongst many many other things! In 2009 I studied at Escola António Arroio (Lisbon), where I graduated with a professional course in Graphic Design
Here I was able to learn using programmes such as Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. The course gave me knowledge in the fields of editorial graphics, illustration, photography, and the production and realization of advertising and multimedia applications.

2012 I graduated at IADE Creative University (Lisbon) on a Design course.
At this course I had the opportunity to go through several subjects from multimedia, interior design, industrial, publicity and graphic design.

Currently I am looking for an internship to gain more work experience, but am also available for freelance work in any Illustration or Graphic Design area. Read Less
