Elusive, seductive, and emotionally evocative, my primary focus is Color: the feelings it conjures, its social connotations, and its deconstruction. I paint in surges of energy and bursts of imagination. When people see my work, I'd like them to see the way Color makes me feel. My work addresses the female form and the aspect of Choice in all areas of life. My work contains underlying themes about body image, self esteem, gender/gender roles, sex, indecision, and the concept of the Double-Bind. Read Less
