Growing up I always enjoyed doing creative things, drawing, arts and crafts. Three other things that I was drawn to were stories in their many forms (books, movies, video games, RPG’s etc…), ice/inline skating and math. Yeah I’m a massive geek and proud of it. Apart from the skating these helped me make the big decision at the end of high school. What do I want to do? Tell stories and/or design. Either that or become the next Kurt Browning.
Which lead me to Wagga Wagga “The place of many crows”. Where I attended Charles Sturt University to do a double degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia (specializing in Animation). During the holidays I would go to Sydney and interned at a number of post-production houses including Resolution design, Starchild, Jungle boys and FSM as well as an advertising agency M&C Saatchi and worked at Advision. Toward the end of my time at University I was convinced that I was going into above the line.
As luck would have it I found myself landing in digital. I’ve worked with some amazing people at places like Bullseye, Holler, Digital Eskimo and now White. I find the most important thing anywhere I go is the people, and a good ratio of interesting projects. Read Less
