I am a proud alumna of the graphic design program at Old Dominion University, where I graduated in 2015 with honors and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. My personal website is www.sandraconnors.com - it features a complete profile of my skills gained from ODU's program. Additionally, I have two Associate Degrees from Tidewater Community College; one in Graphic Design and the second in Studio Arts.
During my study at ODU, I won three Student Addy awards in Hampton Roads: a Gold award in 2015, which also won Silver at the district level; and a Silver in 2014. I was also invited to participate in the 2014 ODU Undergraduate Research Symposium, where my work was featured. Also, I was awarded the Robert McCullough Endowed Prize in Graphic Design in 2015, given to the outstanding student in the program. In 2012, I was twice a presenter at TCC's graphic design program at the invitation of the portfolio class professor.
I'm proud of my Peruvian heritage and speak English and Spanish fluently.
