Designer, lettering artist and an avid over-thinker working from Beirut, Kuwait, the beach, or anywhere with wifi.
For 11 years and counting, my design work revolves in both corporate and cultural spheres with a focus on bilingual [Arabic/Latin] typographic experimentation.
I am currently the Senior Designer and acting Design Director of Kuwait-based Raw Design Studio leading on projects focused on building visual identities, editorial design, and event branding. Previously, I worked at M&C Saatchi MENA, Mercury, and other Beirut-based design firms.
The rare occasion that I am not behind a screen with a headset, you can find me learning how to customize my motorcycle, how to play Manhã De Carnaval, or trying to shoot a film photo with a straight horizon line.

Raw Design Studio
Senior Designer
Part of the senior team developing brand strategies, and managing projects.
Lead the design team in creating on-brand and on-strategy identity, branding, digital and print development in Kuwait and the GCC region, based between Beirut and Kuwait.
Clients include major Kuwaiti brands such as AlMawashi, ACICO, Dhaman, AlSafir Hotels.
Provide creative & design direction and mentorship for the design team, to maintain high standards of quality with a strong attention to visual details
Assign and delegate tasks, provide support for team members, and lead on client presentations.

Senior Designer
Revamped Nuqat’s brand identity and supervised a consistent online and offline application.
Handled and supervised the design of all digital and print communication material.
Created the full branding of Nuqat’s annual regional conferences (2016/2018/2019), as well as the various programs and events such as Nuqat on Tour, Indiggo and Social Print Index.
