Custom Leather Outsoles

Leather is tanned using a century-old method of oak-bark tanning (an 18 month long process), custom sized with a 6-axis water-jet cutting at 45,000lbs per square inch, and digitally crafted into outsoles using a fiber bonding technique that is stronger and more durable than traditional constructions.

Golf outsoles are outfitted with highly durable, anti-oxidation, stainless steel cleat receptacles which are custom configured to customer’s foot size and adaptable to industry standard cleats. Cleats can be removed and replaced with Street Caps for wear off the course.

Custom sizing is accomplished digitally using measurements from true 3D digital scans of a customer’s foot and Otabo proprietary Fit software.

All outsoles are hand finished with lots of elbow grease.
