As motion design lead in the New York office for VAULT®, VMLY&R's integrated post-production group, I manage a team of motion designers, and oversee projects to maintain our standard of high-quality work. I work directly with producers, account teams, and creatives to plan out post-production timelines, manage workflow, and ensure we deliver on time.

As a Senior Motion Designer and VMLY&R's internal production team, VAULT®, I work with agency art directors, creative directors, and producers on both animated and live-action content for a broad range of clients. As the Vault Creative Lead in the New York office, I manage a small team of staff & freelance motion designers and work to maintain and oversee the quality of work coming through the group. The digital content we produce ranges from pitch work, to published campaign assets, to breakdowns and case studies for award submissions. I work with creative teams from a number of different VMLY&R offices throughout the North American network, including New York, Kansas City, Chicago, and Seattle.

As senior motion graphics designer, I am responsible for seeing video and animation projects through from conception to completion. I work directly with clients to develop creative solutions that are delivered within budget and in a timely manner. As part of managing my projects, I work with copywriters, illustrators, and voice-over artists when needed to make sure I deliver the highest-quality product.

In the interactive designer role at Daymon I split my time between video projects and web development projects in the shopper marketing department of Daymon Worldwide’s in-house agency, Galileo Global Branding Group. Working with a small team of creatives, I produced brand-focused, online websites and content.
