I am currently studying Product Design BSc at Bournemouth University. I am looking for a 40 week industry placement for my third year.

I am a hardworking, innovative and dedicated designer . I am passionate about design and have a keen eye for detail. I have worked on several major projects throughout my studies, including live briefs for B&Q, Anglepoise and others. I take great pleasure in carrying an idea from conception to production, and seeing my designs come to life. I am always working to improve my workflow and design practises to make better products. I have a very methodical and practical approach to design, and a very analytical mind. I am proficient in Solidworks, Photoshop and BunkspeedShot.

I have worked as a paid freelance designer completing projects from logo and graphic design, to optimising an office layout. Most of my freelance work is for online clients doing primarily logo designs and web banners. However, I have additionally done a number of 3d modelling projects for clients, visualising concept drawings into physical models in Solidworks. In my second year of college a local housing company consulted me to optimise their office layout. The task was to maximise office space without sacrificing work areas; and to break down silo working habits. In university I have worked on a number of projects, developing my skills in prototyping, sketching and concept generation. I am also a student member of the Institute of Engineering Designers.
