Product designer
I'm the product design lead at user experience agency Etch. Core skills include combining digital strategy, UX and design to help clients think beyond the ordinary.
Based in the Digital Products team, I work with industry leaders in a very client facing role. Often, I spends time on site with the client, building a close-knit relationship that helps me gain a true understanding of the business needs. Ultimately this enables me to deliver truly great user experiences.
In addition to project work, I help shape the UX and Strategy in the department, manage and mentor other product designers, and I play a major role in business development.
