With over thirty years of experience, Rodger brings a unique blend of management and skills to the projects that he is involved in. He has held positions as the Marketing Communications Manager for the divisions of two Fortune 500 companies, Vice President of an advertising agency and Director of Design for a leading supplier of commercial playground equipment to the fast food industry, and most recently as a partner in the nationally recognized environmental graphic design firm DJS Design.
His experience includes the design of campus wayfinding plans for Wachovia’s headquarters’ campus, Furman University, Catawaba College and Stetson University, park & greenway master sign plans for the City of Raleigh and Mecklenburg counties and work for major developers such as Crescent Resources, Childress Klein, Lincoln Harris and Trammel Crow. Environmental graphic design projects for university athletics including Boston College, Missouri, NC State, Nebraska, University of Richmond, Syracuse and UCONN.
Rodger has a B.S. degree in Industrial Design from Kent State University and has completed graduate studies in marketing and business administration. He is a member of the Society of Environmental Graphic Designers (SEGD) and has published articles on master-planning and exhibit design.
