Renee always wanted to be a graphic designer, but took a 7-year jaunt through universities to get a BS and an MS in Materials Science. As a student, she funneled her love for design into making elaborate science posters about her somewhat shoddy research. Now that she's off the hook, she's open to making your documents beautiful! She's been crafting visually engaging scientific presentations/posters and consulting friends on their resume design since college. She's also exclusively hand-designed all the greeting cards she's ever sent since elementary school and doodled all manner of cartoon animals as long as she's been doodling.
Renee is currently freelancing for several clients, including Iridescent (iridescentlearning.org), a science/engineering education nonprofit, working on designing their informational collateral, forms, and educational tools. She is also enrolled in the Design Communication Arts certificate program at UCLA Extension. Read Less
