I am a natural creative guy, I started studying architecture and ended up as a product designer. I enjoy working on creative projects where I can learn , experiment and innovate with technologies and methodologies.
Problem solving is one of my strengths. My experience as team manager has made me a good negotiator and decision maker. I like to work with collaborative teams because i feel I am the facilitator among several departments to complete tasks in a more efficient way , helping to plan, prioritize and execute projects.
I have been working remotely for the last 12 years with different teams around the globe so I am used to interacting with different cultures. To be born in Ukraine , to grow up in Cuba, to settle in Costa Rica and to travel frequently has allowed me to be a person with good adaptability, respectful from other people’s points of view and very resourceful.
Working with minority groups such as deaf/ blind population, women from rural areas, and young people with limited resources has made me an inclusive professional respectful of diversity.
